but the people have fled.

Their empire has fallen,
but the people are safe.

The walls have crumbled,
and the people wander.

The wilderness welcomes
the people who wander.

And in that wilderness,
the shepherd is waiting.

By the fire He sits,
a meal has been prepped.

His family has returned
from their rebellious end.
